Creed Wins GromSearch National Final

The Rip Curl GromSearch National Finals concluded on the 30th March at Jan Juc presenting the whipped cream of Australia’s top 16-year-old surfers. Groms from all over Oz competed in the event giving the judges a taste of the next generation of rippers. Smoking the boys' field was Margaret River's Creed McTaggart who ruffled some feathers by taking out the rest of the competition. 

“It feels really good winning at such a top event. Surfing at Bell's is just epic. I'm so stoked on the win," McTaggart said. 

McTaggart is a shit hot young surfer who works hard to push his natural abilities even further and there's no doubting he deserves all of the success that comes his way. Keep your eye on this grom as he competes at the International GromSearch Finals which take place between March 31 - April 5. Everyone at Soggybones mag is proud to have Creed on the team and we're sure he will continue to shine in the surfing world.
