"SEE" ART EXHIBITION / BYRON

The young, surfy mermaids of REAL graphic design studios, Byron Bay really proved they know how to throw a good Party! Recently hosting a wicked art show in the arts and industrial state of Byron. A collaborative exhibition they call 'SEE'.

The night showcased 25 very cool, very talented local artists with an abundance of mixed media works, installations and live music.  The night was held in order to create a platform and expose young, talented people who may not otherwise have the opportunity or the confidence to get their stuff out there. The girls are also very environmentally savvy and have helped start a petition to ban the plastic bag and keep our oceans beautiful.

As the spirit of Byron typically is.... People just couldn't help but get involved in this awesome event. Donations were kindly made by local businesses such as the Froth agencies, Early skateboards, the new local indoor skate park, Tallows ladies apparel, and many, many more.

There was definitely no shortage of incredible music either, as a number of local bands, solo artists and Djs played whilst complimenting the amazing works from wall to wall. The 500 guests who attended walked out the door happy faced and typsie.

The night was just one of many examples that expresses the true MAGIC and inspiring people that really create the culture of Byron.

So a big hug to the beautiful mermaids- Maria Nillson, Diva Cory and Katherine Charles for putting on wicked night with the help of all local businesses and donators that made this all possible.
